The Delta State Commisioner of Police, CP Ari Muhammed Ali has felicitates with all Muslim faithful in the State while, assuring them of adequate security and free flow of traffic as they celebrate the annual Eid-el-Fitr celebrations.
The Commissioner of Police Delta State Command, CP Ari Muhammed Ali, stated this in a statement signed by the Command’s Spokesperson, DSP Edafe Bright, and released to the National Association of Online Security News Publishers, (NAOSNP).
According to the statement, “The CP warns that cultist and other mischief makers to steer clear as the command is more than ever before ready to deal decisively with any body who try to disrupt the peace in the State.
“To this end, the CP has ordered massive deployment of personnel which includes special constabularies across the State for the purpose of providing adequate security in all Muslim prayer grounds and strategic locations in the state.
The CP has directed all DPOS to intensify raid of criminal hideout and black spot within the Command. The CP adjured the Deputy Commissioner of Police in-charge of operations, Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers, Tactical Operations Officers and all Heads of Departments of the Command to employ means of ensuring thorough supervision of personnel deployed for the actualization of peace and tranquility throughout the state during and after the celebrations.”
Also, “The Commissioner of police on behalf of his management team, officers and men of the command wishes all Muslim faithfuls a hitch free, and a happy eid-el-fitr celebration.”
