President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed a bill to raise the retirement age of judges.
The 9th National Assembly passed the bill but President Muhammadu Buhari allegedly refused to sign it based on alleged legal advice of then-Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
