… Ex-Lagos CP gets appointment as Special Adviser on Security in Gombe

The Board member of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan has congratulated the former Commissioner of Police in Lagos Command, AIG Zubairu Muazu (retd) on his new appointment as Special Adviser on Security Matters to the Governor of Gombe state, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, Trek Africa Newspaper can report.

In his congratulatory message, Dr. Ogunsan noted the great works of AIG Zubairu Muazu (retd) during his time in Lagos Command and urged him to replicate the excellence in Gombe state. The Chairman/CEO of Executive Group, Dr. Ogunsan also encouraged AIG Muazu to bring to bear his wealth of experience and depth of knowledge in community policing to his new function which takes immediate effect in Gombe state. He then prayed for Muazu’s success.

The appointment of AIG Zubairu Muazu was announced in a press release from the Gombe Government House obtained by Trek Africa Newspaper. Conveying the Governor’s approval, the Secretary to the Gombe State Government noted that the new appointments covered a spectrum of crucial roles.

Other appointees are Aishatu Adamu, Special Adviser/State Coordinator, Social Investment Programme; Finney David, Special Adviser on Women Affairs/Nigeria for Women Project; Amina Dahiru Usman Bauchi, Special Adviser on Almajiri & Tsangaya Education; ACP Ibrahim Bappa (Rtd) as Director-General & Commandant, GOSTEC; brahim Saidu Umar, Senior Special Assistant (I) on Protocol Matters; and Yakubu Sarma, Senior Special Assistant (I) on General Duties.
